Very horrible. After making a reservation three times to 3 different sites (all confirmed and charged to my account) employee tells us that they don't have anymore cars. It was not a special weekend or busy weekend. There was no line to wait. And to top it all off, their car section was filled with cars!!!! How can I make a reservation over and over if you don't have cars. I even called their corporate office and the office confirmed that there are plenty of cars available. Yet their own corporate office could not contact the the rental spot!!!! I've had too many bad experiences with this place, and I will not waste my money with them ever again. If you are smart, you wouldn't either. I know people use this a lot, but I feel like that was total racial discrimination.
After spending over an hour on the phone trying to extend our rental agreement and give you more money I was told that I had to go to an airport personally because of your thirty day rental restriction. Very frustrated will not rent from thrifty or dollar again. ,!!!
