Great place to stay not all rooms are the same some are better than others. I ended up with a bad room but the service and safety was A1

When I stayed here I couldn't walk outside without feeling paranoid. A lot of suspicious characters stay here and they will just walk right up to you. The room is kind of small. The TV was all static, I had to fix it to get a low quality picture. I really liked their bathtub, it reminded me of a super tiny jacuzzi. I encountered a few cockroaches, but I'm not going to hold it against them since Florida is full of roaches. I didn't really pay attention to much, I let my children play, then we went to sleep. I do, however, think they charged me extra for having young children. I know someone who stayed here a few months before me and they paid around $20 less than I paid and both were doubles.
It's a small place on what would have been one of the main roads through Daytona pre I-95, so it's old! The rooms are not even wired for phones. The room was clean (save a few nooks and crannies) and smelled surprisingly fresh even with it being a smoking room. The tube Zenith TV sets the standard for all fixtures/furnishings of being pulled right from an 80's Days Inn, but from the looks of the bathroom the owners might be updating as they can. Overall an ok little place for a short night stay a little away from the Daytona hotspots.
You definitely get what you pay for. Wasn't looking for this to being this bad, but hey like I said, you get what you pay for. It's amazing how these people own these hotel/motels and all they do is the absolute bare minimum of upkeep and then have the nerve to charge for children. They won't have to ever worry about us bringing our family here again. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
