chain broke just before Hurricane Irma visited. I was at wits end, when a friend suggested Humphreys & Son. I went into the store on September 15, 2017 and explained my situation. The jeweler was shown my bracelet and pointed out an additional crack in the face plate. I was told that it could take a couple of days to repair and they would put a rush on my order. I dropped the bracelet off around 11:30 am and received a call that my bracelet was ready shortly after 5 pm. After wearing my bracelet for 5 years, it looks brand new.
They are absolutely amazing! So knowledgeable and fair with their deals. It was so nice talking to them and learning from them. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now! Also, buddy is absolutely adorable!
