I experience this horrible service not only with the USPS but with the Social Security Administration and the IRS. Awful, awful service. Amazing how they keep their jobs. I've tried numerous times to reach someone but never get any satisfaction. They all shift the blame on someone else.
That dude in there is awesome ...always helpful ...smart too...
Don't depend on the USPS to pick up or drop off your mail. It's the worst service I've ever experienced. I'm at this moment trying to reach them at the number listed and have just been disconnected.
We were always greeted with a smile.
Called and asked where my mail was because nothing was in my condo mailbox. They said they sent it back to the senders because the mailbox was too full. Why would the post office stuff my condo mailbox with my ebay packages and then send it all back because nothing else would fit. Duh. We have a 7 day a week desk person to handle packages. Just because your too lazy to walk 10 feet to the desk I now have to pay shipping again.
Nicest clerk was polite and so helpful with a problem we had with sticky post card. Turn-around in service.WOW...Great service
