I recently had a wonderful experience with AAA Insta-Move. From the start to finish everyone was polite, professional, and efficient. I was pleasantly surprised at the final amount due, and most importantly, nothing was missing or damaged. I feel it's rare these days when you encounter a company that provides great customer service, and AAA is certainly one of these. I would recommend them to anyone moving!
As to price, I cannot give a quote, but I know my mom's on a tight, fixed budget so I'm sure that she did not spend more than necessary.
All of my belongings arrived safely with no dents and scratches.
My 70 year old mom recently had to move from one home to another in Port Orange. It was not only her, but a handicapped partner as well. She was fretful about the whole thing.
Yesterday I hired AAA insta-move to help my husband and I move a few items that we couldn't move ourselves. My husband had a bad experience with movers in the past, and wasn't sure that this would be different, but was presently surprised to find the story turned out to be very different from his previous experience with another company. Our stuff made it safely and they even helped my husband unload his pick up truck. On top of that they explained that we needed a new part for our dryer. Taking the time to explain how replace the part. I couldn't be happier with my experience with AAA insta-move. I highly recommend them.
Imagine my delight when I talked with her the day after the move and she said what a great experience she had with AAA Insta-Move Movers! She said that they worked hard, they were kind and patient and they went "above and beyond the call of duty". Mom even said that one of the guys helped her re-position a kitchen cabinet shelf. You know, those hard to get at little knobs that hold kitchen cabinets in place? Yeah, one of the movers saw her struggling and muttering, and he did it for her, no problem.
From 11am until they left at 5pm, Andy and Adam were friendly and extremely professional.
It's very seldom that I have the opportunity to give praise and thanks to any company I do business, but insta-move is the exception.
I did not have the good experience as the other reviews, exsesive damage was done to my belongings, in addition damage was done on the tile steps on my front porch, when I asked the movers to include the damage on the final papers, I was informed they did not do this, that he had called it in and a repair man would be there to fix it the next day, I waited five days before I called the office to inquire when they would arrive I was told that they do not fix anything that a payment would be made of .60 cents per pound, the four damaged tiles weigh less than a pound but the repair is more than $200.00 dollars also the furniture damage will be hundreds to repair, in addition they refused to put all my belongings on the truck causing them to make an additional trip which took more than three hours, and additional $300.00 dollars, these movers are about $20.00 dollars less an hour but at the end the cost will far exceed the savings
On July 24th I had the pleasure to work with Andy and Adam. The day before the move I also spoke with Chris who was very helpful.
I was called one hour before they were to arrive and the truck arrived on time.
I have already told several people about insta-move and will continue to refer them.
