It was a great experience at this theater. The staff is friendly and the place is kept really clean. They they do serve alcohol and some restaurant style foods that you can bring with you in the movie. They even have a nice tray that fits right into the cup holder. Now this theater prices are toward the top end of the movie going experience but its worth it.
This theater is awesome! Its very comfy with reclining seats. Prices were not cheap but not more expensive than any other theater. Definitely should check this place out.
First of all I'm not complaining just think a change of policy should be entertained when giving Cobb points out. My wife and I attend Cobb a lot, in fact going tonight again to see Wonder. Recently we bought 2 gift cards one for $50 an one for $25. Planning to buy another $25 tonight for gifts for Christmas. I was surprised to see that purchasing that much and presenting my Cobb card for points, I was told they don't give out points for those kinds of purchases? Why not? I'm spending upwards of $100 so far, why not give points to reward customers who do this, bit disappointed in the last young lady at the customer service area where we bought the gift cards, not the friendliest and very curt in her response of " no you don't get points for stuff like that". Not looking for handouts but allowing points for larger purchases like this should be something you might consider.
The dynamite shrimp are THE BEST EVER! Also the wait time for food is not bad. Even On a busy day. Clean environment, nice and knowledgeable staff, hot fresh food, comfortable seating in the theater. The only thing this theater is missing is an arcade room. Other then that I love it.
Drinks are priced as any bar pricing. The seating is extremely comfortable. You can pick your place af seating. Wheel chair accessible. Very clean including bathrooms. I had forgot my phone in a bathroom and left, called and by time I had returned my phone was at customer service. The food is tasty! And the drinks are strong! So worth the price!
