Worst service ever took over an HR to get food on a Sunday at 2pm. It's waffle House get a hold of yourself and quit hiring the crappiest laziest people on the planet
I give 5 stars to the food, cooks and manager Will. However the waitress called Nancy was terrible. We asked for no pickles and there were pickles on the plate. She put our plates on the table and scrapped off the pickles with her bare hands with no gloves. She had been cleaning all around and her hands were filthy.
It's time to clean the swamp at Waffle House!
As for Nancy she didn't know I existed. I sat at the counter never asked if everything was ok. I started stacking up my own dishes on top of another customers. I put my credit card on the counter so she could see it after 10 minutes and trying to get her attention, still no response until I stood up and called her name!
Its crazy how i try to come daily for food. Everytime i try to called no one EVERY answers the phone. I just dont see how the stire makes any money. The service is horribke. You g college students that really are wasting there tine working. As a customer i should bot have to beg anyone to take my order. Knowing the waffle house way because i use to work for waffle house. They way 558 is being ran. Joe Rogers will NOT BE PLEASE.
Very disappointed with the waitress named Nancy and some of the staff. There was a young man working there who was probably new. As I ate, I took interest in this young man and how the staff treated him. It was a disgrace how one of the cooks and the waitresses spoke to him. Instead of teaching him all they did was put him down!!
Don't go during the night shift. At about 430am I was traveling and wasn't familiar with the area. Passing by the first time I noticed there was an establishment that was not appropriate for my liking next door, so I kept driving. There was nothing else in the area open so I came back. My mistake. Upon going in to sit down there was a group of people sitting against the wall that clearly were drunk. Not eating. They weren't loud but were acting very inappropriately. After sitting down for about 8 minutes I had to get the attention of a waiter. This made my fill like they didn't see me come in. And this is after one of the waiters said to me to sit anywhere I'd like. I had to ask for something to drink and if she could take my order. Through the whole meal no one asked me if I needed anything more to drink or even if the food was okay. I had to ask for everything. Staff was too concerned about having conversation among themselves and with the drunken people. Now I knew why they were there, not paying customers and also were acting as if this was their club. Staff was not busy at this time, tables were dirty and the floor needed to be swept. POOR service and staff needs to have better supervision.
