She made a mess out of my hair, I gave her a picture as exemple and specified the length, she cut 3/4 of my hair length and now I am left with a boy's cut when I hate that. Never going back there.

I walked in after seeing a coupon online. I was having trouble finding advertised coupon. I ask stylist for assistance. She was rude and not helpful at all. She brushed me off and continued to play with her phone. I will NEVER go back to that location.
Always nice and interested in know more about the customer. I always go with the same stylist and am happy coming here.
If I could give zero stars I would. Make an appointment for 5 have to wait half hour then they take walk ins in front of me and tell me I have to wait longer. Don't waste your time because they love wasting your time.
