Great customer service! Fast and friendly. Researched the cost and they were right under the average cost for a transmission repair.
Went there for a simple repair. I thought I was getting a good price but by then end of the repair I was charged double. I found out later that parts is not included in his estimate for work. I saw on his website students get a 20% discount so I asked him about it and he said my estimate was already discounted so he wouldn't honor it. In the end I paid way over for a job I could have went to several other places for the same if not better quality of work at a cheaper price.
I have nothing but good things to say about this company. My cars transmission went down 11/24/15 around 1pm. A1 Transmission had it in their shop by 4pm that day and I got my back on the road in less than 24 hours. Great service my family and I thank you for getting us back on the road so quickly for the holidays. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone that is having automotive trouble.
