I never had problems when it was southern commerce, but no i have had many.
This bank worries me ! Too many (so called) side affects since new changes occurred. Southern Commerce bank ! What were you thinking ??

By far the worst bank that I've ever been to. I would not recommend this thing to my worst enemy not only do they have bad customer service they lie about their products that they offer. They offer you overdraft protection that you can't use then they don't tell you that for 2 months. Then they have your money holding into your account where you can see it in your transaction as a deposit but it's not available to you for three days and then on the day that is supposed to be available they still don't make it available to you so if you decide to go open the bank account here and may Lord be with you and other than that I suggest you run the other way
